International Day of Prayer

Sunday, November 07, 2021, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Around the world, Christians will observe an International Day of Prayer (IDOP) for persecuted Christians on November 7, 2021. The term “persecuted Christians” refers to any person who is harassed or attacked simply because they identify as being a Christian. Examples of persecution faced by Christians include but is not limited to beatings, physical torture, confinement, isolation, rape, severe punishment, imprisonment, slavery, and discrimination in education and employment.
Open Doors’ current research suggests that more than 245 million Christians are persecuted. That is 1 in 9 Christians in the world today.

Join us for a time of learning more about and praying for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ.

We will be putting together Action Packs during this time.  We need supplies for these bags.  We have 15 packs to assemble.  If you can bring these supplies and leave them in the designated trunks one is in the Main Hallway and one is in the Foyer.  Below is a list of supplies needed for the Action Packs.  Please bring these items by October 31st.
