CHBC Family and Friends,

As the middle of December approaches the preparation for holiday events and travel, as well as preparing for the end of the year seems to be racing toward us. When you find a moment to sit with a cup of tea or coffee, perhaps during breakfast, or a quiet lunch, reach for your phone and pull up this list of resources. May they encourage you in the gospel, and focus your mind on who we are and why God has saved us.

Angel Tree Party

Dear CHBC,

This year we are not only blessing, Angels and their caregivers with the resources for Christmas presents, we are hosting an Angel Tree party. An Angel is the child of parent who is currently incarcerated in the prison system, and has been in the Prison Fellowship Ministry program. Your generosity has provided presents for so many of these children and their caregivers. The other aspect of showing the love of Christ to these children and caregivers is to provide a party where we will celebrate Christ’s birth, provide food, the presents, and a party.

Our party is being held on Saturday from 10 AM – 12 Noon. You can sign up to help with the party by clicking the button below. We need additional volunteers to make this a very special morning.
