DISCIPLESHIP RESOURCES

In our part of South OKC and Moore schools are starting. If you have children they have begun or are about to begin heading back to the classroom. If you do not have children or are past the childrearing phase of life, you still see the sign of changing patterns and schedules for much of the world around us. That environment of learning should not be left to classrooms in school buildings. We should all have a habit of being lifelong learners. We want to guide you to good Christian resources that will help you keep growing in the faith and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Press on in the faith and keep learning.

DISCIPLESHIP RESOURCES

What if the culture of CHBC was one in which every believer was being discipled, and making disciples through each relationship? In a way, that is already true, and in another way we need much work in this area. Every relationship you have is a God-given opportunity to be introducing people to Jesus, helping them follow Jesus, or being helped to follow Jesus by the other people around you. Think of those relationships that way, and do not wait for others to stimulate spiritual conversations. Be the first to speak up about your spiritual struggles, the things you are learning, or the questions you have been wrestling with. Use resources like these as a starting point for your own growth, and to start conversations about spiritual matters.
