DISCIPLESHIP RESOURCES

What if the culture of CHBC was one in which every believer was being discipled, and making disciples through each relationship? In a way, that is already true, and in another way we need much work in this area. Every relationship you have is a God-given opportunity to be introducing people to Jesus, helping them follow Jesus, or being helped to follow Jesus by the other people around you. Think of those relationships that way, and do not wait for others to stimulate spiritual conversations. Be the first to speak up about your spiritual struggles, the things you are learning, or the questions you have been wrestling with. Use resources like these as a starting point for your own growth, and to start conversations about spiritual matters.

Dear CHBC Family and Friends,

Please take note of our midweek schedule for tonight, July 20. We hope you will plug in where you can. All activities begin at 6 PM.

This is for Pre-K to 6thGrade. Cheryl Ross and her team are leading our children in a study to understand who we are in Christ. This interactive Bible Study meets in the Activity Center. Please take your children 3 years and under to the Preschool Hall.

Our Student Ministry (7th-12th Grade) is at Falls Creek. Please pray for Pastor Jason, his volunteer sponsors, and all of our student campers. They are having a great week so far. There are no student ministry activities on campus tonight.

Grief Share: continues meeting tonight in room 200. Anyone is welcome to begin on any week. Do not grieve alone.

EXTEND: Extend is our Adult Midweek Bible Study. This study meets in the Worship Center, and is focused on understanding how Christians can utilize their lives on mission for others to be introduced to Jesus Christ. Tonight there will be an opportunity to help with follow up from the OKC Sports Camp.
