1 Thessalonians Sermon Series

Join us on Sundays during Morning Worship Service at 10:15 AM. On August 15th, we will begin a new series through the book of 1 Thessalonians. If you are not able to join us in person, the services are streamed on Facebook and YouTube.

Spring Break

This week is Spring Break! There will not be any regular church activities from March 16-20. All activities will resume the following week. Enjoy your the break! 

Mission OKC

In January, Pastor Mark challenged us to "Seek, Serve, and Send." Mission OKC is on opportunity to SEND out our members into the community and SERVE in the name of Christ.  March 16-17, our church family will be focused on bringing a Smile, Prayer, Reach to Others, Inspiration, Note of encouragement, and Gathering together to share the love of Christ.   Please sign-up below by March 8. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Mark or Susan DeMoss at   or 708-0989. The cost is $30/adult and $20/ages 4 - 12 which includes food and activities.  Children must be potty-trained. PWR for Kids Rehearsals

As a new Spring semester begins, we invite all kids, pre-K through 6th grade, to come join our PWR for Kids Ministry as we prepare our minds and voices to share the good news in our Spring musical! We will be preparing a musical called In the Beginning: A New Musical Adventure Through Time. Join us for rehearsals that begin January 11th at 4pm in Room 206 and 207.

Theology for the Church

Most Sunday nights at 4 PM CHBC offers this series of classes that dives deeper into specific areas of theology. Every Christian is a theologian, and we want to help you better understand God and His Word. The teachers for these studies are Dylan Barber, Bryce Schmidt, and Daniel Suttle.

CHBC Alerts 

We are introducing a new way to get CHBC Alerts via GroupMe. This group has been set up as an Announcement Only group, so only the Church Staff will be able to post to the group. This will be used to communicate weather closings, prayer requests and other important announcements from CHBC. Click here to join the GroupMe

Wednesday Bible Study in Spanish

Every Wednesday we gather to study the Word of God in Spanish. Through the Hispanic Ministry, we provide a space for discipleship and spiritual growth. We have begun a new series of studies based on the First Letter of Peter, which aims to comfort, exhort, encourage and strengthen persecuted Christians, reminding them of their identity in Christ, calling them to live in holiness and hope, and to bear faithful witness in the midst of suffering. It´s in Room 212, at 6:15 pm

CHBC Podcasts

CHBC hosts a podcast called Question Mark by Pastor Mark DeMoss. You can subscribe to these podcasts on Apple or Spotify. Question Mark is a podcast hosted by Pastor Mark DeMoss where he answers listeners questions about life and theology. New episodes are coming soon! If you've missed any of the last season, there's time to get caught up! 

CHBC Corporate Worship Spotify Playlists

Young Adult Bible Study: 2 Corinthians

The Young Adult Ministry at CHBC offers this weeknight Bible study for single or married young adults. This study meets in the home of Jake Cribbs who facilities the fellowship and discussion for the group. The current study is a study of 2 Corinthians. At The Table: Foundations of Systematic Theology

The Wednesday night Adult Bible Study is called At the Table. This Bible study intends to develop relationships and deepen Biblical doctrine. The Bible Study this year will be an introduction to Systematic Theology. Evey week will include a time of discussion, prayer, Bible study, and review of previous concepts. The group sits around a large table and learns together like a family would at their dinner table. Join Pastor Mark each Wednesday at 6 PM.

Student Ministry Wednesday Night Service

Students, we are starting a new study on Wednesday, January 7 called Common Questions. In this study we will take some of the common questions that we get during our Q&A Panels and discuss them more in depth. Join us on Wednesdays at 6 PM in Solomon's Porch. Men's Frat II

The Bible Study arm of the CHBC Men’s Ministry is called Men’s Frat. This name reflects the goal of brotherhood and bonding toward the shared purpose of pursuing Christ as His pupil, servant, and champion. Men’s Frat is built on a 3 x 2 Leadership strategy. Three levels of equipping, with each level containing two years of study material. We are beginning year 2 of level 2. It is not required for you to have completed previous sessions to join Men’s Frat II.

College Study: A Heart A Flame for God

On Thursday nights the College Ministry of CHBC gathers for their weeknight Bible Study at the home of Jason and Jennifer Crosby. The night is given to fellowship, authentic relationships, and accountability. If you are in college, or are just college age, this group is for you. ESL Classes

ESL stands for English as a Second Language. This ministry is a way for CHBC to help those who are trying to learn the English language be introduced to the Jesus Christ. The curriculum for these classes utilizes the Bible and Christian truth to facilitate language learning.

Women’s Bible Study - Respectable Sins

Throughout the year, the Women’s Ministry of CHBC offers several Bible studies. The study meets on Mondays at 6 PM in Room 204. It will be a Bible Study by Kimberly Johnson which will come from the book, The Dangers of a Shallow Faith,” by A.W. Tozer. Women of all ages are invited to come, and there is no preregistration necessary. If you have questions, please contact the church office at , or by calling 405.799.9799.

Women’s Bible Study - Dust to Glory

Throughout the year, the Women’s Ministry of CHBC offers several Bible studies. Starting September 22, from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM will be a Bible Study by Heather Thornton which will come from the book, “Dust to Glory: An Overview of the Bible” by R.C. Sproul. The cost of the book is $28. Women of all ages are invited to come, and there is no preregistration necessary. Third Thursday Adult Bible Study

This adult Bible Study for our older adult ministry at CHBC happens every month on the 3rd Thursday. We are focused on reminding those who are 60+ how to have vibrant relationship with Christ, ways to serve the church, how to reach the community, and the importance of fellowship and relationship. Join us this month as we sing together, look at what the Bible says about how our relationships are significant in our spiritual growth and the sharing of the gospel, take on a service project for the church, and then have lunch together.

Women's Retreat 2026

SAVE THE DATE of April 24-25, 2026 for our Women's Retreat in April! The cost for the weekend is $60 plus a cost for shirt and or a sweatshirt. The theme for this retreat will be "Rooted In Christ Through Seasons of Life." Registration is now open! Sign up early as space is limited to only 40 ladies. Living Faith Outreach

Living Faith was founded with a deep passion for helping men overcome their past mistakes and addictions. Living Faith extends forgiveness, grace, and hope to men in need. The purpose of Living Faith is to see transformation in the lives of men who have been incarcerated by providing comprehensive support and fostering a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They equip formerly incarcerated men with the practical skills, spiritual guidance, and supportive community needed to reintegrate into society successfully so they may begin to live fulfilling and productive lives. We have been coming alongside Living Faith Ministries by providing a meal once every other month for their Tuesday night worship services. We provide the food, the worship music, and the preaching for the evening.

Good Friday Service

Join us this Good Friday for a time of worship and reflection. We encourage all our church family to invite your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors to join us. See you Friday, April 3 at 6 PM!

Resurrection Sunday

Join us this Resurrection Sunday as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior! There will be a sausage and pancake breakfast served from 8:45 AM. The Resurrection Worship Service will begin at 10:15 AM. We encourage all our church family to invite your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors to join us.
