Welcome to Capitol Hill!
Maybe you just moved into the area and are looking for a church to visit. Perhaps you are curious about Christianity and the claims of Jesus. Whatever the reason, we're glad you're here and we hope there is a way we can serve you.
We Understand
Visiting a church can be pretty intimidating. We want you to get a feel for what a Sunday at Capitol Hill is like. So check out the website, contact us if you have any questions, and then join us for a worship service or Bible study.
One Church, two Languages
We are a group of sinners saved by the grace of God located in the OKC South Metro and Moore area. Made up of people who have different backgrounds and speak different languages, we have chosen to covenant together as a local church to live life together and fulfill the Great Commission. We have two simultaneous worship services in English and Spanish.
You can find out more in the Our Story section.

where should I park?
We encourage guests to arrive 15-20 minutes early, park in our front parking lot, and enter through our front entrance underneath the church logo.
Where should I go?
At each entrance there will be a greeter to get you a bulletin, help you find a hot cup of coffee, and get to the right place.
What about my Children?
We have Sunday School for all ages! Children birth-Kindergarten meet in the Victory Village Preschool Area. Children ages 1st-6th Grade meet in classrooms in the Children's Hallway. Children are always welcome in our worship services, but children ages (birth to 3 years) may attend Extended Teaching Care. Find out more about our Children's Ministry.
WHAT about SUNDAY SCHOOL?
These small group Bible studies begin at 9:00 am and are the best way to begin making connections and building relationships while learning from the Scriptures.
WHAT IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE LIKE?
Our worship service begins at 10:15 am and normally lasts around 75 minutes. It will include congregational singing, prayer led by a pastor, Scripture reading, a sermon from the Bible, and sometimes baptism or the Lord's Supper. Our pastors typically preach verse-by-verse through books of the Bible so that we can hear all that God has revealed to us.
WHAT ABOUT MONEY?
Our members faithfully give tithes and offerings in a variety of ways to CHBC. As a guest we do not expect you to give. There are offering boxes located at the back of the Worship Center where members give their tithes and offerings. They also give online at chbchurch.org/give.
LET US KNOW YOU visited
By filling out our Guest Card, found in the back of the chairs, you can let us know that you visited. Fill out the card and place it in one of the offering boxes as you are leaving the Worship Center, or take it to one of our pastors who are by the Worship Center doors as you are exiting. We will not single you out by making you stand up or raise your hand. And we will never put you on an email list without your permission.
meet a pastor
After the service our pastors will be located in the hallway outside of the worship center. Come say hello! We’d love to meet you and give you a gift and a Bible if you don’t have one.
What if I have doubts about Christianity?
It's okay. You're welcome here! Capitol Hill is a place where you can come with questions and doubts. We would love to walk with you as you find out what it means to follow Jesus.
