CHBC – Update to Re-Gathering for June

CHBC is Re-Gathering. As we do we are continuing to do safely, but with progress towards what is normal.

Tonight, Wednesday, June 10, 2020

• Summer Wednesday gatherings at CHBC for Preschool, Children, Students, and Adults
• Arrive and enter from any door
• Preschoolers will meet in Preschool area
• Children will meet in the Activity Center
• Students will start at Solomon’s Porch
• Adults will meet in Worship Center
• College and Career will meet at Crosby home

 Sunday, June 14, 2020

• Morning Worship Service at 10 AM – not 10:15 AM – 10 AM!
• During this worship service we will honor physical distancing
• Overflow seating will be provided in other rooms in the church for those who may be uncomfortable in the larger gathering
• RSVP at this link: RSVP for CHBC Re-Gathering (this is to help us prepare the proper seating in the worship center and overflow rooms)
• ETC care will resume this week (ETC is for children 3 years and younger) during the worship service
• Spanish-speaking morning worship at Noon

We are excited about this progress. Please contact us if you have any questions. And remember if you are 65 and over, or in the vulnerable category the CDC still suggests you avoid places with large crowds. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus please stay home and follow the guidelines of the department of health.

Although the CHBC Re-Gathering Plan does include public and corporate worship this Sunday, the recommendations for physical distancing does not allow small groups to function in the building at this point. To read the CHBC Re-Gathering Plan Updates visit this link: CHBC Re-Gathering Update. This will explain the plan and show you how to RSVP for the English-speaking service and ETC at 10 AM. If we do not have enough seating in the Worship Center, or if you are more comfortable in a smaller group, overflow seating will be available in the Choir Suite and in Rooms 200-202.
