Announcement for Sunday, August 1, 2021

Dear CHBC,
I am sad to announce that after much prayer and discussion the pastoral staff, along with our children’s ministry director, has determined that it would be wise for CHBC to worship online only this week. Since Thursday evening, we have heard of several more of our families who have tested positive for COVID-19.

Among these are families who help lead or teach, and they would be in a quarantine protocol. With such a large number of people spending so much time together during youth camp and seeing some spread from other sources, it is our desire to be cautious with the rest of our church family.

We do not take these decisions lightly, and we are not responding in fear or panic. We are attempting to respond in caution and love. We appreciate your prayers and support. Please help us let our church family know of this decision.
